Definitions: For the purposes of the Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

"YOU": Any person who visits the website of stanleyhighschool.com, contacts stanleyhighschool.com by any means and or uses the services of stanleyhighschool.com, henceforth, "YOU".

"High School": the website http://www. stanleyhighschool.com, its owners, management, authorized officers, parent company and subsidiary companies and corporations, henceforth "High School".

"Associated Person": Any person, whether living or corporate, including the person named on the diploma and the cardholder, who is involved in the procurement of the services of High School either directly or indirectly.

Please read these terms of use ("Terms") carefully before using this website. Accessing, browsing or using this website is a privilege subject to the following Terms and indicates your agreement and acceptance of these Terms. By using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms:

  • You declare that the person named on the diploma is a real, living person and has relevant life experience, work experience or formal study as per the High School policies mentioned on the website. In cases where you are making a purchase for another party, you confirm that you have the written consent to do so of the person named on the diploma and neither you nor any associated person is impersonating another person. All information and details provided by you are true.
  • You further declare that all documents obtained through High School are for your personal use.
  • You agree that the High School reserves the right to terminate any services, nullify or void any documents provided to you, or transaction with you at any time or for any reason, with or without notice should you violate these terms. Once terminated, you agree not to use nor display any documents, information, or products in any fashion and to return the award and all ancillary documentation to the institution.
  • You agree that in no event, shall any liability to the High School as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving you and the High School, exceed the clients tuition and processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise.
  • YOU agree that you have checked diligently with local legislation in the Jurisdiction of residence and the intended Jurisdiction of use of the award that the possession and use of the private internationally accredited diploma conforms with local legislation.
  • YOU undertake to check diligently the local legislation of any future Jurisdiction in which you intend to use the award.
  • You agree that you are fully responsible for ascertaining whether or not course and/or diploma at High School, will meet any and all licensing, certification, and/or job requirements. That you are solely responsible for ascertaining whether or not course and/or diploma offered at the High School are acceptable where you intend to use it. Furthermore, you agree that your purchase will be considered as a testament to your lifetime of learning and for your own self satisfaction.
  • You agree that the diplomas obtained from the High School are in accordance with the private accreditation institutes with which they are affiliated. These standards do not necessarily coincide with requirements of any other Accreditation authority. (including, for example, those in the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America, or otherwise).
  • You declare that neither you nor any associated person is going to use any information, documents, or products obtained through High School to commit a crime or deceive authorities. You represent and warrant that every item purchased from this web site will be used in a lawful manner.
  • You agree that no certificate or item sold on this web site is intended to duplicate or resemble that of any items issued by a state or governmental agency or any other academic institution.
  • You declare that neither you nor any associated person is a journalist or media professional acting in that capacity. Neither You nor any associated person is going to obtain an award or awards through the High School to publish a news story or article of any sort in any media whatsoever, specifically including but not limited to printed matter, books, magazines, journals, newspapers, television, radio, multimedia, Internet, websites, Chat Rooms, Newsgroups, Forums, Usenet, telephone, mobile telephone, Wireless Access Protocol, FAX (facsimile transmissions) or emails.
  • You agree that in no event shall the High School be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use, misuse, (or inability to use) or performance of this web site or services provided or offered by any means, even if the High School has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You assume the entire risk relating to the quality and performance of any items purchased within this web site.
  • You agree that if you are unsatisfied in any way with your diploma, you may request a refund. Once we receive your refund request, we will ask you to trash the diploma documents as well as any other materials received. You agree that after the refund your status as a graduate will be terminated from the High School and you will not use nor display any documents, information, or products in any fashion and trash all the documentation awarded to you by the High School and/or its Affiliates.

 

Shipment and Delivery
We offer free shipment for US and Canada (For International addresses outside US and Canada the shipment charges are 60$). We send the High School Diploma Package at the address specified by the clients while filling in the Order Form. Delivery of the Diploma Package may take around 15 business days, depending upon the location of the customer (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Remember, the reasons behind the late orders' delivery may be:

  • Credit Card Approval must be received prior to further processing.
  • Overnight orders placed after 8am are processed the next day.

 

Undelivered Order
In some cases the Diploma Packages are returned to the High School because of incorrect address provided by the customer. In that case, no refund is provided. If the order is returned once, the same order will not be re-shipped in any case. However, if the client would still like to receive the same package that was once returned, he/she has to pay an additional shipping cost
If the customer thinks that the order cannot be delivered as addressed within the estimated delivery date or he/she has not received a confirmation mail of its refund, he/she may contact us through our 24-Hour customer support center.

Pricing Policy
The price for the High School Diploma package is complete and there will be no extra or hidden charges added to it. The price includes Free Shipment for customers in US and Canada (For International addresses outside US and Canada the shipment charges of USD 60$ would be added to the diploma price mention on the website).

Change in Particulars
We keep record of all your particulars. Any change in the particulars is offered free of charge. However, if you want to obtain your documents with revised particulars, then you will be required to pay an additional amount. You can contact us for details.

Delivery Policy:
All documents would be delivered using the shipping method. Receiver of the shipment package shall acknowledge the shipment by signing the receipt, which shall act as a proof of delivery.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a package that is returned because of an incorrect address. The delivery of the documents may take up to 15 business days from the date of the verification and processing of your credit card payment. However, in case of Apostle and legalization it may take up to 60 days. All refund policies will be applicable pertaining to signed acknowledgment made by the receiver while receiving the shipment package.

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your diploma, you may request a refund. Once we receive your refund request, your status as a graduate will be revoked and you will not be able to use nor display any documents, information, or products in any fashion awarded to you by the High School and/or its Affiliates.

Your refund request would be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • Full refund (less 10% processing charges) if request for refund is made within 7 days after the payment of full Diploma Fee by You.
  • Full refund (less 25% processing charges) if request for refund is made after 7 days of payment of full Diploma Fee by You.

Your credit card will be credited 100% of the original purchase price (not including processing charges) within 72 hours of receiving your refund request. If your payment is via check or money order, please allow up to 15 business days to receive your refund.

How to Claim Your Refund

To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:
1. Claim your refund, specifying your concern by contacting us via any of the following three modes:

2. We will try to resolve your concern immediately or else will send you a refund request approval response email from our refund department.

After the refund, your status as a graduate will be terminated from the High School and/or its Affiliates and you will not be able to display any documents, information, or products sent by us in any fashion. Let us also specify that:

  • Your entire data will be deleted from the High School and/or its Affiliate database.
  • The status of your diploma order will stand as cancelled.
  • You will not have any access to our Alumni Area and will be removed from our graduate directory completely.
  • A notice/email will be circulated from the High School to all the relevant authorities (employers, institutes or any other) who have/had requested your credential verification, informing them that you are no more an Alumni of the High School

  • You agree that if any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

  • The High School may make changes to the Terms of service from time to time. When these changes are made, High School will make a new copy of the Terms available at http://www.stanleyhighschool.com/corp/tos.php. You understand and agree that to be bound by those changes or modifications provided the changes or modifications are made with the intent of strengthening or clarifying the terms of service.

  • No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the buyer from the High School shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of service.

  • You further agree that by agreeing to these terms of service through electronic means, no written signature shall be required by either party.
